Front Office cum Marketing Executive

The sales and marketing Consultant is responsible in generating inquiry and building a company reputation amongst the travel agents and individuals.

The Inbound Manager will be required to effectively manage the inbound business from selected markets and ensure high customer service levels are provided and company policies are adhered to. Responsible for inbound activities including excursions, MICE and hotel reservations, transfers, visas and other activities for Groups and F.I.T Bookings

Identify and assess customers needs to achieve their satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication. Follow up to ensure resolutions. Creating tour costings & itineraries.

We are looking for charismatic, dynamic, innovative and energetic individuals with a passion for travel and servicing luxury clientele above board.

We are seeking someone who speaks fluent English and preferably has tour guide experience. If you don't have any tour guide experience, then you should be comfortable leading groups of small tourists through the sites of City. The successful applicant must also possess a current 3 wheeler license and be comfortable and proficient in navigating through the bustling streets of your City/town.
