CARRYOUT PRE-HAZARD IDENTIFICATION & RISK ASSESSMENTS FOR EACH EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AND SELECT THE REQUIRED RESCUE EQUIPMENT/ METHODS. - COORDINATE WITH PLANT SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT (SHE) TO PREPARE THE BUDGET PLAN ON EQUIPMENT PURCHASING. - ENSURE MAINTAINING OF CAPABLE & COMPETENT RESCUETEAM, IDENTIFY THEIR DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS AND PROVIDE INPUTS TO SHE TRAINING MANAGER.
