Ideally, you will have;
• Experience in Amadeus reservation system (previous experience is a must)
• Excellent command of English; written & spoken, and high command of communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Understanding of the industry trends and client expectations
• Good geographical knowledge
• Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work in highly computerized environment
