Key Duties & Responsibilities

■ Execute the Training plan adhering to training schedule

■ Enhance Technical skills, Selling skills and soft skills of retail team

■ Increase the sellout rate and key model sales within the responsible area

■ Evaluate the training of retail team

■ Maintain proper training records

■ Daily report submission with the required quality

■ Analyze competitor's information in order to gain competitive advantage
Job Requirements
■ 1 year experience with T & D Diploma or 3+ years' experience with A/L
■ Male candidates would be preferred from Kalmunei, Ampara, Anuradhapura,Polonnaruwa, Batticaloa) 
■ Should be able to speak in English/Sinhala & Tamil
