Job Description
JOB ROLE
• Support and maintain effective relationships with clients
• Diagnose and provide timely resolution on incoming client calls and emails
• Provide case status updates to management and end-users
• Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to information system
• Deploy, configure, and maintain systems, including software installation, update, and core services
PROFILE
• Knowledge in Unix based production environment
• Understand and use essential tools for handling files, directories, command-line environments, and documentation
• Operate running systems, identifying processes and controlling services
• Configure local storage using partitions and logical volumes
• Fair knowledge in Networking and IT security concepts
• IP addressing and subnets — Routing, DNS, Email and WEB
