QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• HND / NDT / TTI diploma related to technical or textile.

• Should be able to work in MS office packages.

• Good command of English language.

• Good analytical skills.

• Minimum one year experience in the related field and knowledge in TPS / QMS / Lean Manufacturing would be an added advantage.

• Should be able to work on shift basis.
RESPONSIBILTIES
• Direct entire manufacturing team under supervision to achieve production target as per the annual goals.

• Empower the production team in the reported plant with a better training which aligned to the company training policy.

• Report writing and system references to execute the day to day production plan and production meetings;

• Coordination part should be carried out to ensure daily production efficiency and to produce high quality on time delivery products.

• Worker allocation to get maximum output aligning to low cost manufacturing process.

• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques to achieve the stipulated top line & bottom line local sales target.
The remuneration package will be based on qualifications and experience.
