The Ideal Candiadate Should Posses 
Excellent Communication Skills with fluency in English and Sinhala or Tamil

Ability to listen and active problem solving Skills

Good Interpersonal Skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks while identifying work priorities.

Previous experience in similar capacity will be an added qualification.
