Job Profile:

■ Hands on responsible with ship unloading and wheat cleaning process

■ Assist the Shift Miller in implementing the production and delivery plans in order to achieve the quality and quantity targets

■ Monitor and carry out Wheat and flour test periodically

■ Follow up with hygienic & safety plan to maintain high levels standards in production floor

■ Handling all production and maintenance problems in order to minimize downtime and product rejection

Personal Profile:

■ Graduates in the field of Food Technology, Production and Agriculture.

■ Good communication, coordination, leadership and PR skills

■ Proficiency in MS Office

■ Age less than 25 years

■ On completion of the successful training period, trainees will be absorbed on to the permanent cadre and will be provided with overseas trainings at our overseas milling schools.
