Answering calls politely, support department's administration works, handle customer complaints, handle customer inquiries, maintain an exceptional customer relationship, etc....

Requirements:

Age above 25 years, 3 years working experience in the relevant field, passed GCE 0/L & A/L, certificate in Business Communications or excellent command of written & spoken English is preferred.
