KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To conduct induction and product training for Hafele internal team.

• To conduct technical training for Hafele customers in Sri Lanka.

• Conduct periodic market visits and competition study.

• Collaborate with other teams/departments to drive positive customer experience.
QUALIFICATION: preferred Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering at a recognized institute
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 02 years'
PREFERRED PROFILE: Candidates handling Product or Process training in BPO/KPOs, FMCD, Education, IT industry, Auto Industry / Technical Trainers / Sales professionals who wish to move to technical training role may apply.
Trainer will go through the detailed Train the Trainer program organized by the company.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• A team player with a pleasant attitude

• A fast learner

• Willingness to Travel
