Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Excellent command in English (written and oral)
• Lead a team of customer service agents,
• Ability to think out of the box and solve customer issues while guiding the team
• Planning, managing and be responsible for a roster
• Manage customer calls, chats, e-mail inquiries in a professional manner.
• Capacity to work both as an individual and as a team.
• Identify and assess customers need to achieve satisfaction.
• Excellent time management and organizing skills.
• Highly self-motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes
• Candidate should be willing to work to the Australian time in shifts.
• Experience in a similar capacity
