Trained by Malaysian Head Chef. Assisting Head chef maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene & 'effigy. Maintaining sufficient stocks in pantry and ensuring the quality standards of all food items purchased at all times. food productions to achieve highest quality of food. Identifying the health hazards in the kitchen ta be reported to head chef & managemerth ensuring cleanliness and hygiene levels of all Kitchen areas. Assisting in controlling & minimizing food wastage & ensuring that cost are maintained as per budget. Possess certificate in cookery with min 3 years' experience.
