The Job As a Senior Software Engineer, you will not only be responsible for planned delivery of assigned projects but also for coaching and mentoring a small team of talented developers. Your responsibilities include: Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code. Debugging advanced level modular software applications and frameworks. Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver winning products. Incorporating Agile way of working within the team. Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents. Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance. Participating in release and sprint planning sessions.

The Profile You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science from a top tier institute and you have at least 3 years experience, ideally within a Java Developer role. You possess strong knowledge of core Java JVM and have worked with databases like - PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB etc Expertise in Agile would be highly valuable. You also have solid knowledge of core tools and frameworks along with experience in common library frameworks. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
