Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide user support services
- Maintain and Monitoring network system
- Maintain and monitoring the hardware equipment
- Facilitating the software development
- Monitor and Maintaining the Departmental and individual KPI’s
- Monitor and Maintaining the House Keeping requirements
- Monitor and Maintaining the Document system and Procedures
Position Requirements
- Certified in CCNA, Microsoft Certification Exams or any other relevant qualification
- Working knowledge and hands on experience in networking design, Network administration, TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, QoS, SAN/NAS, fiber channeling, P2P Links, IPSec VPNs, Enterprise grade Wireless APs, WDS, Core switches and PoE switches etc..
- Working knowledge and hands on experience in Enterprise grade CybeRoam FireWalls
- Working knowledge and hands on experience in CCTV, NVRs & PA systems
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012 with Active Directory, Group Policy management and DHCP/DNS Server
- Data Backup experience with Acronis, Symantec Backup Exec, Veeam, CommVault and Microsoft Data Protection Manager with LT05 Auto Loaders
- Working knowledge of PRTG or any other monitoring systems
- Working knowledge and hands on experience in Kaspersky Virus Server and Client Application
- VMWare vCenter, vSphere 6.xx virtualization experience
- Working knowledge and hands on experience in VoIP PABX systems
- Working knowledge and hands on experience in Linux
- Hardware, Software, Server troubleshooting expertise
- Excellent documenting and self-learning skills
- Good Team player
- Age bellow 35 years
