Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Keep projects on schedule
• Compose correspondence/reports/ letters for own or management
• Process replies on own initiative or for management
• Research, draft or abstract reports
• Handle all telephone inquiries within the given capacity
• Handle appointments and meetings
• Arranging international meetings and coordinating with people of other nationalities
• Assure discreet handling of all business
• Handle information request, receiving visitors and other secretarial work
Requirements
• Should have excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure with minimum supervision
• Excellent applied skills across the MS Office suite, internet and Email
• Professional approach of handling confidential matters
• Should have good interpersonal skills
