She should have the following qualifications.
• Diploma in secretarial studies or equal

• Excellent command of English and writing skills

• 3 — 5 years experience as receptionist

• Maintaining high degree of confidentiality

• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using basic computer packages(Excel/word)

• Age between 25 — 40
