Job Description
Minimum requirements
• Previous experience in handling administrative and secretarial tasks is a must
• A relevant qualification obtained from a recognized institute
• High level of computer literacy is mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Highly organized and analytical
• Strong networking skills and high level of maintaining confidentiality
Duties and responsibilities
• Maintaining schedules / calendars and assist in planning meetings, appointments, board and management meetings
• Coordinate and follow-up of travel arrangements for MD, Board members and other internal stakeholders
• Assist in preparing company reports, presentations, company correspondences
• Coordinate with company secretaries and ensure timely submission of minutes and other reports are completed
• Attend meetings and keep minutes
• File and maintain electronic and paper records, meeting minutes and reports ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
• Assist with Admin related tasks
