Key Responsibilities will include
• Making outbound sales calls
• Building relationships with existing customers
• Assisting customers through the process of using the website
• Liaising with insurance companies and customers
The ideal candidate would have
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in the service sector, preferably telesales
• Must be fluent in spoken English and Sinhala. Tamil will be an added advantage
• A self-motivated, target driven attitude
• Experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage
