Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist Sales Managers and Sales Teams.
2. Handling Sales Acknowledgements
3. Update and Maintain dealer files.
4. Compile Stock Return Notes and update them to the system.
5. Compile daily Sales reports, itinerary and daily reports.
6. Prepare quotations
7. Generate Sales Analysis Reports
PERSONAL PROFILE
• Good secondary Education with G.C.E A/L
• Knowledge in information technology and hands on experience as sales Coordinator / Marketing
• Coordinator would be an added advantage.
• Computer Literacy (Excel, Words and power point)
• Good written and oral communication in both English and Sinhala languages
• Fluency in Tamil would be an added advantage
• Full or part Qualification in marketing would be an added advantage
