Plan, direct and oversee the Food & Beverage operations to achieve highest standards. Must possess excellent P.R. skills and be a motivator with outstanding sales skills to achieve the department budgets.
The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position in a 4/5 star hotel. Preference will be given to the candidates who possess a Diploma certificate in Food & Beverage from a recognized hotel school in Sri Lanka or abroad. Age: Between 30 to 40 years.
