We are looking for Male/Female Receptionist to work Midky hotel Nuwaraeliya, The candidate must be smart, energetic, and trustworthy, with exceptional PR and customer handling skills, smart, pleasant, well-dressed and friendly and with experience in administrative and receptionist duties in hotels in Sri Lanka. Excellent communication and writing skills in English is essential and oral and written. Computer literacy is essential. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Able to maintain and update company profile and bookings on a website and respond in time to customer emails and online inquiries. Excellent telephone etiquette and PR skills are essential; duties also may include room reservations and assignment, guest registration, cashier work, credit checks, key control as well as mail and message service Preference for candidates living close to Nuwaraeliya area.
