Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person at office
• Should deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations
• Execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards
• Handling details pertaining employee insurance facilities
Requirements • Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Diploma/certificate course in relevant field
• School leavers are welcome to apply
• Duration — six months
