• Proven customer support experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong IT ability with familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
• Excellent attention-to-detail
Key Roles
Have extensive knowledge on Tutor Wizard product sand services
Manage incoming calls ,web chat queries and respond to emails.
Generate sales leads where possible through customer interaction.
Allocation of payments onto customer accounts & raising refunds
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
