Job Description
Principal Responsibilities
• Timely answering phone calls in a polite manner and usher guests and direct them properly
• Stationary management of the head office
• Ordering of welfare items for head office and make
• Pronto bag process and update the cheque book release
• Coordinate with Finlays, JKH and Union Assurance on medical claim process.
• Register post and normal letter sorting
• Coordinate with department and ordering birthday cakes and arrange birthday cards of head office staff
• Handling EMPCOM email process
Person Specification
• Good telephone etiquettes & PR skills
• Sound academic background with G.C.E A/L
• Excellent Communication skills in English
• Computer literacy and previous experience in similar capacity would be a definite advantage
