• Degree in Food Science/Biological Science/Agriculture/Microbiology with 2 years working experience Or
• Diploma in Quality Management / Agriculture with 4 years working experience Or
• NVQ V / VI with 3 years working experience Or
• Passed GCE A/L with "C" pass for Chemistry with 8 years working experience in Food related industry
• Computer literacy • Age below 30 years
