The selected candidate should comply with the following criteria.
• Should process a Degree in the Field of Food Science, Chemistry, Bio Chemistry or related stream from a recognized university.

• Should have fair knowledge of Quality Management systems in food processing and Manufacturing.

• Awareness on Research and Development in the field of Tea, tea Related Products and Spices.

• Hands on experience related to Chemical and Microbial Laboratory handling and accreditation process.

• Fluency in oral & written communication in English & knowledge in computer literacy. • Be a result oriented and self motivator.
