Job Description
Job Responsibilities,
— Assist the Procurement Manager with placing orders
— Research products and vendors by phone and Internet
— Maintain procurement files in spreadsheets
— Communicate with vendors to obtain product information such as
price, availability and delivery schedule
— Work with vendors/suppliers to follow up on delivery dates and back orders
Qualifications,
— School Leavers may apply
— Minimum of one year experience in purchasing in the construction/hospitality industry will be added advantage
— Proficiency in MS Office package
— Good Command in English
