Scope of the job

• Ensure the all construction projects will finish with the time, budget and quality.

• Assist in all maintenance work areas when and where needed.

• Coordinate with contractors for construction related works.

• Checking contractor's bills with quantity takeoff.

• Ensure that safety factors are followed in the sites.

• Should have a sound knowledge of preventive maintenance.

Project Executives/Project Officers

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (NDES, NDT, HNDE)

• More than 2 years working experience.

• Basic IT Skills (Ms Office, Email)

• Adequate knowledge in Qs, AutoCAD &PM

Project Supervisors

• 3 Years' Experience in supervision in construction sites.

• Certificate Level in Civil Engineering
