Job Description
The person:
❑ Minimum 2-3 years proven working experience as an Executive / Coordinator in the field of construction.
❑ Bachelor's Degree or related qualifications.
❑ Exceptional communication skills.
❑ Be able to handle people from different backgrounds.
❑ Organizational and independent working skills.
Key responsibilities:
Meet project deadlines & ensure that resources are being used effectively.
Implement project plans according to the company's procedures and protocols.
Assist the project manager in recruiting project staff.
Liaise with on-site employees, project managers and other divisional heads.
Serve as support for project operational activities.
Induct new employees to ensure that they are aware of their duties.
