Duties & Responsibilities

To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure smooth running of the production processes
Enable effective communications between management and operators Train new employees on production and coach existing employees Maintain a clean and safe work place in accordance with 5S protocol

Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand
Qualifications & Experience Minimum qualification in AIL Minimum 4 years working experience as Production Shift Supervisor or equivalent capacity in manufacturing environment.
Dynamic, energetic, self-driven, results-oriented, and above all who has a positive "can do" outlook with a clear focus on deliverables.
Effective communication skills ,genuine personality with a potential attitude .
Understands the principles of manufacturing, and has strong man management skills. Strong leadership planning and organizational skills essential. An attractive remuneration package and excellent career development opportunities await the right candidate.
