Requirement

✓ Ability to execute and direct operations towards achieving Production Targets and manage all departments from Cutting to Packing

✓ Ensuring production & quality standards are met on a daily basis

✓ Capability to work under pressure and achieve all targets and on-time deliveries

✓ Thorough knowledge of the technical and quality aspects of knit inner wears

✓ Ability to determine effective and efficient methods of mass production in inner-wears

✓ Maintain knowledge of international market trends

✓ Manage the product development process from concept through introduction

✓ Degree / Diploma or relevant Professional qualifications

✓ Min. 3 years' experience in similar capacity ✓ Preference will be given to those with Work-study / Quality Control background

✓ Excellent communication & presentation skills

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

✓ Diploma / Degree or relevant professional qualification

✓ Knowledge of entire quality process from raw-material received to stores up to finished goods in delivery store

✓ Knowledge in modern OA systems / standards Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity

STORE KEEPER

TEXTILE UNIT 

✓ Experience with Yarn/Fabric/Dyes/ Chemicals etc....
GARMENT UNIT

✓ Experience with fabric- garment accessories, packing materials, etc....

Other Requirement for store keeper

✓ Store inventory with good knowledge in computerized inventory packages

✓ Min. 5 years' experience in similar field in a textile & Garment manufacturing organization

✓ Diploma in material management from a recognized institution

✓ Knowledge in all stores activities and procedures is a pre-requisite

✓ Age below 40

✓ Ability to independently enter & monitor stock movement of raw-materials and finished goods

Knowledge in Tally Software package will be an added advantage

Previous experience in Garment manufacturing industry handling similar items will be added advantage. Salary is negotiable for above posts depending on qualifications & experience.
