Job Description
Requirements
• Age below 35 years Completed CCHRM at IPM or any other equivalent qualification from recognized institute.
• Minimum 2 -3 years' experience in similar Job role
• Good Excel Skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong personality with good PR Skills Should be able to Join immediately
Job Duties
Ensure submission of Payroll inputs on time and with complete accuracy
• Carry out all necessary activities in Payroll Administration
• Maintain all Payroll, EPF, ETF and other related documentation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies Manage Processes end to end such as — Overtime, New hire inputs, Resignations, Promotion inputs, etc.
• Provide support for other core functional activities of HR
