Requirements:

Should possess a Diploma/Degree in HRM from recognize institute

Knowledge and skills in Manpower Planning & Recruitment, Training & Development Procedures, Salaries & Wages Administration, Performance Appraisal Systems & Disciplinary Procedures I. Should be conversant with Industrial Labour Laws

Should have minimum 02 years of experience in similar capacity

Good communication skills in English with computer literacy

Should have good interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure Is Candidate should be below 35 years
