• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Updating the purchases and sales order
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Keep track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Age limit under 30 years
