Requirement :

• A recognized qualification in agriculture, with expertise in pests and diseases controls

• Good knowledge of modern agricultural practices and prevailing agricultural policies and regulations.

• A previous knowledge of organic agriculture and organic certification systems would be a definite advantage.

• Knowledge and experience in post harvesting systems and technology.

• Experience in labour management

• Ability to organize and maintain record keeping systems at plantation level, to ensure all documentation is in compliance with specific standards.

• Knowledge and experience to independently handle the various aspects of managing a plantation (cultivation, labour, procurement, administration, etc.).

• Ability to meet stringent deadlines.

• Willingness to travel extensively to visit the various plantation.

• Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft office applications (word, excel and outlook)
