We are looking for a strong, independent but responsible individual who will be able to take on the role of Management Trainee for a rather vibrant and modern Ceylon tea company however with its roots very much embedded in tradition, ethics and quality. Work Hard, Play Hard is one of PMD's main principles which we would also be seeking for in the ideal candidate. You will be also supporting to our UK office and SL office operations while reporting directly to the MD.

Qualifications
I) Degree in Business Management/Administration. Equivalent qualifications in a related field are desirable.
2) Fluency in Spoken and Written English is essential.
3) Must possess good computer literacy and web-savvy.
4) Willingness to learn and outgoing personality.
