Key Responsibilities

• Learn staff functions, line management view points, company policies, practices and operations which are significant in the proper functioning of the organization in the corporate world.

• Setting objectives and performance goals with higher officials and trainers of the organization.

• Monitoring the progress of performance with the trainers and management as per the requirement of the organization.

• Receiving training in operations and functions so that successive transferability between other departments is carried out properly by the management trainee.

• Acquiring knowledge of all standards, procedures and methods that are needed for departmental duties and performance.

• Performing additional duties which are assigned to management trainees apart from the above mentioned duties.
Requirements

• Degree or equal professional qualification in Chemical/Process/Mechanical/Textile/Electronic & Electrical/Product Design/Software Engineering, Business Management, Marketing or Human Resources.

• Being self-confident, approachable and possessing leadership skills.

• Quick learner with a desire to gain knowledge.

• Resourceful and well organized.
