The job

• Coordinate installation, maintenance and repair overall equipment in the hotel.
• Must train and oversee workers and determine repair procedures.
• Oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, Air condition/ refrigerators and kitchen equipment.   
• Must be responsible for evaluating appliances or facilities and determining installation or repair services.
• Developing and implementing maintenance procedures.

Key Requirements

Essential

• Candidate should possess a NDES/ NDT / HNDE
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity at a reputed hotels
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong team player with ability to encourage and support individuals to achieve their full potential and very strong analytical mindset
• Age between 25-35 years
