• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
• Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales.
• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
• Follow up on customers to ensure they are satisfied with service received.
Key Skills
• Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala & Tamil
• Good relationship management and networking skills
• Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs and also execute the same
• Knowledge in MS office Packages
PROFILE:
• GCE A/L with 2 passes
• Similar work experience in Healthcare industry
• Willing to work on roaster basis
