Key responsibilities:

• handling hotel reservations including all correspondence with guests

• review reservations booked daily and ensure accuracy

• prepare occupancy forecasts

• liaising with sales persons with regard to rates and occupancy

• liaising with the teams at the hotels for any special requirements of guests
Pre-requisites:

• a great team player with a go-getter attitude

• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• experience in the travel and tourism industry would be an added advantage

• applicants it be young, energetic and ready to take on new challenges and concepts
