Job Description
Job Role
- Coordinating with relevant department heads and obtaining all required information and reports for Management Information
- Recording of minutes at meetings or providing general assistance during presentations.
- Schedule de-briefing meetings so follow up actions be implemented on decisions taken at the meeting
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff as and when directed by the Management
- Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and letters, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO maintaining CEO's office documents, including Data Management and filing
- Schedule Board meetings and respond to Board Members and other stakeholder queries in a timely manners
Qualifications
•Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
•High degree of multi — tasking and time management capability
•High proficiency in English Language and independent writing skills
•Good PR skills
•Sound education background
•Flexibility and adaptability
•Experience in graphic designing would be an added advantage
