Job Description
Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment & fulfill existing cadre requirement.
• Deal with employee requests regarding Human Resource Issues, rules and regulations..
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant( attendance, Leave)and entering it to the company payroll system.
• Compile and update employee records(Hard and Soft copies).
• Coordinate and communicate with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities
• Assist with all other day to day HR & Administration functions and duties.
The ideal candidate should have;
• A Bachelor's Degree in the field of HRM or Professional Qualificatioi in HRM from a recognized Institute.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar role preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
• Expert knowledge in HRIS system would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English both Oral and written.
• Must be competent in Microsoft office packages.
• Age below 30.
