JOB ROLE

• Coordinating with the Interior designer of the Company with current projects

• Carrying out regular site visits to check on the progress

• Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the Management

• Specifying the nature and the quality of the material required and ensuring they meet the expected standards

• Coordinating and negotiating with contractors and other professionals

• Introducing innovative products and interior designs

PROFILE

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 1 — 2 years' work experience in a junior/ coordinating role

• Candidate should be registered under Sri Lanka Institute of Architects (SLIA)

• Experience in product design, interior design and project management would be an added advantage

• Self-motivated, energetic, fast learners are encouraged to apply!!!
