• Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role.

• Excellent diagnosing, troubleshooting and root cause analysis skill.

• Knowledge in Business requirement gathering, analyzing and proposing solutions.

• Very Good understating on TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN/ Router and file Server etc.

• Must be able to attend for Hardware troubleshooting.

• Willing to learn new technologies.

• Ability and the knowledge to do Java based scripting SQL and Oracle programming Knowledge in ERP/Manufacturing environment is an added qualification.

• Knowledge in open source platforms Linux, virtual machines is a must
