We are expanding our operation through a branch network to serve our customers better.
Accordingly, our all new MATARA & KURUNEGALA branches will be in operation shortly. We are looking for talented individual with proven track record to fill the following vacancy.
Job Rote:
• Provide onsite and remote support to the branches.

• Monitoring & Maintaining the IT Equipment.

• Installation & Troubleshoot is PCs, Network, VPN , ADSL, Software etc .

Requirements:

✓ Must have 03 years of experience in the similar capacity in a reputed establishment

✓ Diploma or Higher Diploma in Information technology from a Recognized institution. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages

✓ Knowledge of Mail Servers/Firewalls/ Antivirus software/Graphic Designing

✓ Experience of handling Windows Server & Client Operation Systems.

✓ Experience working in a branch network environment.

• Should be a strong team player and ability to work with minimum supervision. Excellent Communication & Troubleshooting Skills. Tor Willing to work long hours. Tor Age below 35 Years Experience of working in an ERP environment would be an added advantage.Excellent command of both Sinhala & English

The selected candidate should be prepared to travel to branches regularly.
