Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is mandatory (written and spoken)

• Proficiency in MS Office (word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Ability and experience in putting together an itinerary as per the customer's needs, tour organizing, tour costing

• Ability to provide personalized customer Service and convince the client

• Handling reservations and working closely with hotels. Prior industry relationships will be beneficial

• Ability to put together hotel reservation  forms, confirm bookings, pro-forma invoices

• Contacts with third party vendors and experience in curating experiences for tourist will be beneficial

• Flexible, positive, responsible and proactive
