Support the management by providing fast, accurate and competitive quotations using the existing tools. Create and manage all reservations and confirmations of travel services. Manage the traveler from arrival to departure/provide personalized service/follow up on their needs during his/her stay in Sri Lanka.
General Profile:
• An ambitious, enthusiastic and proactive person, passionate about work and the travel industry.

• Fluent in English

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Should be able to work under pressure, especially during peak season

• Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft products
Objectives:
• To become the main link between the Traveler and service providers (Hotel/Transport/others) and take full command of the files.
• To provide error free services to our travelers and support the management to achieve set targets.
