Job Description
Job Requirements-
Degree/Diploma in HRM or an equivalent from a recognized University / Institute
Minimum of 3 years' overall experience with good knowledge in all HR practices and local labour and industrial regulations
Should be a good listener, flexible and people's person
Sound knowledge in statutory and compliance regulations and knowledge in ISO procedures
Good command in English and Sinhala with oral and written communication skills with computer literacy
Age below 45 Years
