Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Handling recruitment and onboarding process of new recruits
➢ Generating periodic reports as and when required
➢ Maintaining HRIS by updating and entering data
➢ Managing Employee Attendance 8z Absenteeism related information
➢ Coordinating Company Training and Induction Programs it Manage Employee Information by updating employee Information and maintaining employee Personal Files
➢ Coordination of General Human Resource Departmental functions
Key Requirements:
➢ Partly qualified Human Resource Management (PQHRM or other equivalent)
➢ Minimum 01 year of experience in Human Resources
➢ Effective verbal & written communication skills in English St good knowledge M MS Office packages
➢ Excellent interpersonal Skills with a great aptitude of Integrity
