Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage all day to day HR matters at the factory and office.
• Ensure legal, social & safety compliance at the workplace.
• Monitoring and administering the payroll processing software.
• Maintain personal files and related correspondence.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Recruit and fill vacancies when available with competent individuals.
• Identify development needs of employees and organize training workshops.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Professional Qualification or Diploma in HRM from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position or exposure to Human Resource Management preferable.
• Male between 24-40 Years of Age.
• Good IT skills and fluency in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
• High Level of public relations and communication skills.
• Ability to manage interpersonal relationships with staff at all levels.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to work with minimum supervision.
